Timescales

The timescales from taking instructions from you to completing the matter will depend on the type of employment matter, facts and circumstances. If settlement is reached during early conciliation you case could likely take around 1 – 2 months.  However, if your claim goes to a final hearing then you case could take 9-12 months. Please note, this is rough estate and will depending on the details of your case.
