Timescale

The timeline  for how long it will take for you to receive a decision on your application after submitting your application will depend on whether you are applying within the  UK or outside the UK.

If you are applying outside the UK then it could take approximately 3 weeks  for you get a decision after submitting your application. If you are applying outside the UK then the earliest you would be able to apply for a student visa would be 6 months before you start your course.

However, if you are applying whilst in the UK then it could take approximately 8 weeks for you to receive a decision. If you are applying inside the UK then the earliest you would be able to apply for a student visa would be 3 months before you start your course.

Please remember, that  you must apply before your current visa expires. Your new course begin within 28 days of your current visa expiring.

For student visa applications we charge a fixed fee for preparation and submission of your application.
